Messaging including e-mail, SMS and MMS is private correspondence between the sender
and the recipient. SMSOfficer strictly respects the privacy of its users and will
never compromise it. Therefore, SMSOfficer will not sell, provide, or transfer the
User's information to third parties as an individual with such information as name,
or email. In addition, SMSOfficer will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents
of a User's private communications unless required to do so by law or in the good

or one of our partners. All users' information (including users who signed up via

Our sign up form requires users to give us contact information (name, at least one
phone #, and e-mail) and optional information (other email account information).
Users will create a username and be provided a password when they sign up. We use

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will
ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your
friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. The information is
only used for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
Users may remove their information from our database, indicate that they do not
wish to receive future communications, and/or no longer receive our service by sending

Access to personally identifiable information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes, or if the user no longer
desires our service, the user may update their information or deactivate their account
by making the change in the User Profile of their account or by emailing our Customer
Support at support@smsofficer.com.

so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and
under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally
identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was
